Raising Up One | Adoption Auction

So, by now you've heard about Raising Up One.

(A free fundraising platform for adoptive families!)

Well today starts their October auction for the Chasteen family. 

The Chasteen family just welcomed their fourth daughter Zoe 

home from Shanghai last month.

I'd love to share their story with you,

Although their adoption is final, there are still costs to the family that

they need our help with. 

Money raised for the October auction will help with the Chasteen family

and go towards some of their travel expenses.

The auction starts Thursday at 8am and ends Friday at 8am.

It is going to be held on the Raising Up One Instagram Page,

so please head over there to view all the great items being auctioned.

I'm so excited to be able to help this family

by donating a Simply Sweet Print birth announcement.

The winner is able to pick any birth announcement from my shop, 

and I will happily work with them until they are 100% happy with their final product.

I've been so honored to work with such a great organization,

who is doing such great things for this world and for others.

Itruly hope they grow to be very successful, and that they are able to help

Raising Up One

I seriously admire people that want to help make this world a better place.

People that want to make a difference in someone else's life,

no matter how big or small. 

So when I was contacted by Raising Up One through my Etsy shop

(I'll have a few more posts on them in the next couple months)

to see if I would donate a birth announcement for their October Adoption Auction

I did not hesitate to say yes!

Raising Up One is a free fundraising platform for adoptive families.

How great is that?!

While communicating back and forth with them working out the details for the auction, 

I was asked if I would like to submit a design for a limited addition t-shirt 

for November's Adoption Day.

The winning design will be printed, and all proceeds will go to the 

Adoptive family that month. 

Again, How great is that?!
